We are thrilled to present 'Bear Tracks' - software just completely re-written specifically for bear collectors and makers.
Created exclusively for us by Resoco Ltd (owned by Tilly's nerdy techie husband), the software runs on any computer having Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7.
Personal Version
For collectors, you can:
keep details of when and where the bear joined your hug, as well as the size and weight of every bear ;
keep up to 3 pictures of each of your bears for instant access in the built-in viewer;
view your pictures up to full screen size
allow extensive notes to be made on each bear (for example, materials, birthday, history);
hold contact details and addresses of suppliers, shops and bear-makers;
auto-complete and auto-capitalize in drop-down lists automatically;
browse the internet with the built-in browser (Internet connection required)
update the programme automatically direct from our website (internet connection required)
All updates to Version 1 of the program are supplied free of charge. Support for this version is by email.
The Personal version of the program is available as a FREE download from this website now; during the 30-day evaluation period all of the features including the Professional features are enabled.
If you like the program you can continue to use it after 30-days by asking us for a FREE key to be emailed or posted to you - the program is still supplied and supported completely free of charge. Once the Personal version of the program is registered, the Professional features are disabled.

Professional Version
For professional bear makers; this version of the program contains all of the features of the Personal version, and powerful additional features allow you to:
keep all relevant dates required to meet deadlines for making bears;
keep an unlimited number of pictures of each bear
view the diary that shows all individual bears and relevant dates, colour-coded for easy reference;
include/exclude individual bears from the diary at will
attach bear records to customer records for easy cross-referencing
network the program (Client-Server mode) on multiple computers for up to 5 users;
run more than one copy of the program simultaneously on each computer;
and much more!
All updates to the current version of the program are supplied free of charge. Support for the Professional version is supplied free by email or phone (no, we don't charge you for phone support - it costs only what your phone supplier charges you for normal rate calls).
The cost of the registration key to unlock the Professional features is £24.95. Upgrading to the Professional version does not require re-installation of the software. Payment can be made by cheque, postal orders (does anyone out there still use them?), by Paypal, or by credit card.
