Hardware Support

We can install and safeguard your network equipment, PCs and peripherals to ensure continuity of your computer operations and business systems.

We service a variety of different companies throughout East Anglia, the East Midlands and London, having from three to more than 100 networked PCs - each with their own special requirements.

For an annual fee, we repair or replace faulty components within agreed timescales. Where equipment cannot be repaired immediately, we can loan replacement equipment.

Key Benefits

  • Free loan equipment if repairs cannot be carried out in a timely fashion;
  • Service responses within 4 working hours (servers) or within 8 working hours (workstations) in line with our normal service contracts - see our Software Support page;
  • Whilst your system is running properly, it costs you nothing; and
  • All of our technical support staff are Microsoft qualified.
