Critical List

The Critical List reports on actions that are ‘Due soon’, ‘Due today’ and ‘Overdue’. The items relate to the criteria of the Key Performance Indicators of the QAF.

The ‘Appt result not updated’ is a reminder that the date of the assessment appointment has now passed and the user hasn't updated the appointment status from 'pending' to 'complete' or another category.

Items labelled ‘FB overdue’ indicate that five days have elapsed since the Final Report was sent to the Funding Body (FB) and, if there have been no requests from the FB for amendments, then the assessment centre can assume that the application is ‘complete’.
