• For a university, we developed a system for processing complex workflows through a busy department, including generating custom emails and letters automatically.
• For a company that manufactures and supplies concrete piling for the construction industry, we developed a system for short- and long-term production planning.
• For a machine tooling manufacturer we built a program to track all of their Works Orders, and to generate Delivery Notes and Sales Invoices automatically, producing substantial time savings for busy administrators
• For a food importer and exporter we developed software to combine Purchase Invoices, apply their own product codes, and split Sales Invoices so their customers could have separate invoices for each of their departments. This was done in conjunction with Export Pro export documentation software. Huge improvements in accuracy and process times were achieved compared with their previous Excel^(tm) spreadsheets
• For a 3G electronics company we built a networked application to track who was handling individual customer complaints and customer enquiries. The program generated metrics, including when enquiries were closed, and the duration that they were open, allowing managers greatly improved process control and metrics
• For a structural engineering firm, we provided a utility to generate complex new directory structures. By generating naming conventions automatically on networked computers for every new project that was started, boring and repetitive manual input was eliminated.
